The lesson here is that if you can get away with election chicanery, you must do election chicanery, or die politically in obscurity. The system we apparently have is not designed to self-correct, or override what appears to be at best, staggering incompetence in administering an election. It's not a pretty solution, but it's the only solution in a country with deliberate and brazen voter disenfranchisement now built into the mix.

Think about it like your local grocery. The employees can do almost nothing to stop shoplifting, so many non-criminal customers feel cheated. Prices increase because of the shoplifters, who paid zero, while you, the trusting and trustworthy soul who follows the law, has to pay more, and you have no recourse. Why not become a shoplifter, then? Chances are most won't, but that feeling that you're getting dickballed at the register by criminals and you have no recourse is a pretty ugly feeling.

Think about it like a DWI traffic stop...

Officer pulls someone over and arrests them for DWI because the officer "suspected" they were drinking and driving. They officer never gives the person a breathalyzer, just arrested the driver because they "suspected" they were drunk...they go to court and the judge asks, where is the proof? Did the pass a breathalyzer?

Since there was no proof the DWI gets tossed out in court.. you cant win a lawsuit without any proof and just opinions and conspiracy theories.

They judge gave her a chance to present evidence, not just opinions...she had no evidence of election fraud, just opinion. Lawsuit tossed.

So a good question to OP, who has responded earlier in this post expressing how concerned he is with people’s faith in democracy (lol) and unity.

What exactly does this do to quell any concerns about faith in the election process and unify any Arizonans? There are people under oath saying laws have been broken and human interference caused printers to essentially destroy ballots and we are just not going to hear any more and see where it goes?

I can say for a fact this case going no further has raised more questions than answers for many including myself. I have been saying I would like to just see the claims being disproven. The only way to restore faith in elections is to simply disprove the claims in court. This has still not happened, and now will absolutely not happen until the next contested election.
