Democrats couldn't give less of a shit about tackling real issues. They are there to fundraise and barely beat Republicans every other cycle. Economically they are barely to the left of Republicans, and socially they mostly just pay lip service. We get judges but that's only good for change 10 years after everybody already agrees change should exist.

That gets into another issue, which is allowing psychiatrists to treat these patients and have access to evidence based treatments. Typically hormone blockers are just that, blockers. They give you more time to figure things out, and can be stopped and normal puberty re-engaged.

you're not wrong but not right either. it requires hormone treatments of testosterone and things like HGH if they come off blockers, basically making them have hormonal puberty a few years later than they would have naturally.
