anyway, you're not stupid person, so i assume you realise why those legislations are introduced (cheap pandering). i'm reasonably sure by now you're aware they won't actually prevent abortions, just make them more dangerous, and punish women who get caught (disproportionally affecting minority and poor women - as intended - by the legislators, not you). i know you know that the people pushing for this outright oppose measures that would actually prevent unwanted pregnancies and abortions.
so i guess what it comes down to is that you just think your personal feelings are more important than women's rights, the predictable suffering the legislation you support will lead to, and the general consensus that modern societies arrived at, trying to weigh self-determination against the rights of a zygote.

I'd opine that it's still a human being inside her, and that she doesn't have to follow a wrong with another one, that she can offer up the child for adoption as the child has done no wrong.

But even from a libertarian perspective, such a pregnancy isn't begun out of consensual action and could be considered cause for ending.
