Gut feeling counts for something, so I get that. But relying purely on "gut feeling" and ignoring objective data available by multiple reputable sources, in my opinion, is akin to burying your head in the sand. What does it take for something to overcome your gut feeling?
^JessiWan what are your thoughts on this? Must things always make sense for you to get on board? Do you ever put faith or trust in someone or something? Has there just not been a trustworthy source in your eyes? Or is it just a complete gov't distrust and no amount of science will matter? I'm genuinely curious. Either via post here or PM me.
It is impossible to have "objective data by multiple reputable sources" when you are dealing with people and trying to establish their intent.
To give you one example: someone jumps out in front of you in a dark alley. He points a gun at you. Do you need "objective data by multiple reputable sources" to arrive at the conclusion that he might to be trying to mug you?
Don't be ridiculous.
