You must be confused on who you're speaking to. I'm in no way interested in "rigged election" discussion.
I AM interested in facts. The only "facts" that we know about Roy Moore is that he's confirmed to have dated young women who were able to legally consent back in his 30's. No allegations of any criminal or even untowards activity until a senate run over 40 years later. Every alleged "untoward" event was so old and lacked any evidence whatsoever that there was no possibility for an actual case.
That, by definition, is called "character assassination." It's a standard propaganda tactic utilized by every state-aligned media outlet in the world. It's nothing new, and only a fool believes random accusations about anyone.
As of this time, any Gaetz talk is very similar. There's two claims here, one that he was being extorted, the other that he transported a 17 year old across state lines specifically to engage in sexual activity. As with all things, "show us the evidence." If he bought her a plane ticket, there's a receipt. Where is it? Airlines keep those records for a long time. It should, quite literally, be a very easy, simple, and short case. Produce the witness, produce the proof of flight record, get her testimony, done. Easy sex trafficking charge, easy statutory rape charge. Not something that requires a month's long investigation to accomplish.
