I'm doubtful that its something that can be deployed in a restaurant kitchen. Give more details, or pm me information on it. Id love to see it.
5 foot by 2 foot long system, individual conveyors perpendicular to a central conveyor. each individual conveyor a bit different depending on what they handle. central end of the conveyor had overhead bottles of condiments.
hooked up to a control box with buttons where you'd select toppings and hit go. not because we couldnt program it to be entirely automated but because it was for an expo show so it let people play with it.
all of the toppings start to finish into a wrapper 6 seconds. less if less toppings of course.
we made it based on the concept that a robot was presumably needed to automate the process, it isn't, its just the most efficient use of floor space. but our system is about 1/4 the cost. not that we're selling any, it was just a demo piece.
not super dissimilar to this but that one's more gourmet and tbh really clunky
