only like 1/3 of the votes have been counted, and that doesn't even include mail in ballots because they weren't allowed to start counting until 7pm today.

Philadelphia election officials tell @NBCNews they’re planning another result dump for mail-in ballots between 12 AM – 1 AM.

After that – it’s expected that the city will then follow the reporting schedule put out ahead of Election Day, starting at 9:30a Weds.

Mail in ballets will heavily favor Biden too, and still a ton of those to go.
