To people who think "but he gets the best care", if you go down the toilet there's not much doctors can do for a respiratory virus besides just manage symptoms. We know how to do that better than we did in March so we've seen the death rate cut in half, but there's nothing doctors can do for the president that they can't also do for a member of the public. There's no "extra care" you can buy if you're on a ventilator.

they caught it immediately since he gets tested daily (while he's simultaneously demonising testing and fighting against it to rig the case numbers in his favour). he can easily socially distance, doesn't work much anyway, will have around the clock supervision, and won't have to worry about a thing, like putting burgers on the table for his familiy, or medical bills.
