If he was investigating this crime is driving down the street bothering him correct protocol?
It's unlikely the officer even knew about the incident in the store and the video is an indictment on Brown's character rather than justification of the shooting.
You're dodging a lot of questions from the last post about the conduct of the officer that lead up to the homicide.
I didn't try to shift guilt, i just wondered if driving by and bothering a person is correct protocol when a beat cop is conducting a criminal investigation.
I say bothering because literally nothing else is happening in that video.
