For real though: remember what I wrote about the "demographic dividend"? What we're experiencing across the Western world these days is the opposite, a "demographic squeeze" where there are relatively few working-age people having to pay for the pensions and healthcare of a very high number of old people. Basically, this is the moment where the wealth we were "lending" during the post-war is due to be paid back.
