believe it or not this is an opinion forum rather than a tribunal that decides her ultimate fate. we're free to condemn her today and forgive her tomorrow without anything happening. just as you're free to make up weird hypothetical situations about what he said to her in an elevator which may have justified her walking into his apartment and shooting him dead.

As to my repeated statements that the PaRDians here should WAIT until all the facts are in, before condemning someone to prison, is a pretty accurate description of how most PaRDians behave around here.

what if she said something to him in an elevator?

Fact: she killed a man in his own home that she entered by mistake

it's manslaughter minimum without a shadow of the doubt

if something else comes out showing premeditation or a cover up that makes it only worse

She's not innocent we just don't know yet how bad it was but it's already hit manslaughter

there really is no way to wiggle out of that

now she is a white lady cop in texas so you may get your wetdream in the end

I mean... she walked into a dude's house and shot him. There may be some mitigating circumstance we are unaware of but it's prison regardless. There is no realistic circumstance in which this woman should not be going to jail.

Like I said before. We have no way of knowing ALL the facts in this case, so far. So it really worries me that YOU have condemned her already.
I just gave one example earlier, that could possibly paint a different picture of what happened.
