Particularly in that nobody is saying they are "less able" in a way that would imply they think it's a feature inherent to black people. That's pretty ridiculous and shows either a lack of understanding or intentional misrepresentation.
For example, if population X lived 50 miles from the polling place, and the laws were changing to make it 100 miles, that would make voting more difficult than population X while not implying anything about their ability to drive 100 miles relative to other populations.
So you didn't address the actual argument and just gave an irrelevant example? Ok
Believe it or not even poor people need id's and almost all of them have them. Even if you are living in absolute poverty working 20 hours a week at McDonalds you still need a picture id to get the job. People that don't have a job or never held a job and essentially live off welfare are still issued Benefit cards which once again are picture id's.
Secondly to claim that voting is a concern for homeless people is about the dumbest thing i'v ever heard. Have you ever talked to a homeless person? Have you seen their lifestyle? You really think voting is a concern to them? lol. It wouldn't make it in the top 1000 concerns for a homeless person. If i did a questionnaire and asked homeless people to list their top 10 concerns i can almost guarantee that voting wouldn't be included in 99% of those people.
