Homeland used to be one of my favorite shows. The first few seasons were amazing but it's no where near as good. Frasier was pretty good, just never managed to watch it sequentially so never really got drawn in it.

It's pretty cut and dry. I just don't understand why there's some people trying to argue that racist language that's been in use for like a hundred years magically stopped being so.

I mean, this isn't somebody saying "inner city", it's calling a black guy an ape. About as cut and dry as it gets, especially when you consider she has a history of similar remarks that she's been warned about before, so there's no excuse for ignorance.
