You said you didn't live IN Canada, but rather on. You live IN Canadian borders and ON Canadian soil. Therefore, you must abide by those rules. Be grateful that you have to abide by Canadian rules instead of Nigerian rules. You're one lucky dude to be living in a 1st world country.

The United States has the highest documented incarceration rate in the world (743 per 100,000 population), Russia has the second highest rate (577 per 100,000), followed by Rwanda (561 per 100,000).[8] As of year-end 2009 the USA rate was 743 adults incarcerated in prisons and jails per 100,000 population.[5][8] At year-end 2007 the United States had less than 5% of the world's population[30] and 23.4% of the world's prison and jail population (adult inmates).[9]

based on your sources we are spending more than 10x on education per child than incarceration per child (which was your claim as seen here:)

The US spends $10,500 on education per child.

NO READ THE INFORMATION LIKE AN ADULT.
EDUCATION IS 7K/YEAR AND INCARCERATION AVERAGES 25K/YEAR.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO ARGUE WITH ME, GET YOUR HEAD ON STRAIGHT.

CONGRATULATIONS. YOU ARE THE BIG WINNER. YOU WILL BE REWARDED WITH INCARCERATION SOON ENOUGH ANYWAYS. ENJOY YOUR SHITHOLE WHILE YOU CAN SLAVE.

nope, according to your own source:

Quote
In 2007, around $74 billion was spent on corrections

and according to your other source there is $809.6b spend on education

this equates to $7,743 per child on education and $708 per child on incarceration

or did you just fuck up what you were trying to say? probably too high to form coherent thoughts

But that makes a lot of sense given that you have to feed, clothe, and house inmates....you don't have to do that with students. In addition, the probability of you being a student is 100% (well it should be at least) whereas the probability of you being an inmate is really low (depending on your affinity towards crime).
