LOL lockjaw is a medical condition. no breed of dog or even any breed of animal has this attribute at least that i know of. i doubt someone would believe that a dog has an inability to let go of it's prey....

Nah, you're just too stupid to understand what the words "lock" and "jaw" mean. Combine the two and you have either the ability to lock your jaws down or a medical condition leaving you unable to move your jaws. It has nothing to do with "strength" but rather an ability to physicaly set the jaw in a locked position. The only thing more asinine than believing an old wive's tale is being too stupid to actually understand the tale and believing it incorrectly.

We had a dog who "never bit anyone"
We contained him, warned people that he was mean, and that he will bite.
This girl, about 12 years old goes in through our back fence to get to our house to hang out with my sister, and gets her kneecap torn open pretty bad.
We let him go to the pound, the police said they would train him, but idk

Concealed carry weapons arent only for people.
I carry one if im walking with my niece because there is alot of dogs in our neighborhood.

I wont have any problem blasting a dog that is showing aggression.

you do know killing someones dog that hasn't harmed you is completely illegal and can land you in prison right?

In the majority of states it is completely legal as long as you have reason to believe the dog is an imminent threat to you or somebody else. There is no "bite first, shoot later" rule.

edit: That being said, discharging a firearm in public may be a crime, or firing towards someone's house, etc.

Well, it would be a situation where you are probably the only witness. You can't prove the dog wasn't a threat, so good luck prosecuting that.
