Doesn't bother me in the least ; in fact there is ample reason to suggest Abe Lincoln had a male lover to go with his ugly wife .

How could any of that upset a sane and rational person yet you have your knickers in a knot because some peeps attacked a statue .

It's the slang my generation used for eyes until it was usurped to mean people . I've been using the word peeps for almost 40 years to the best of my recollection .

Out of curiosity, my parents will sometimes use the word "dish" instead of "diss." Where did that come from?

(This thread is now about generational slang studies, btw. XD)
