So your country didnt even qualify for the world cup? Haha.

I brought up Russians because I'm still operating under the assumption that you're Russian in spite of your protests. The context makes that obvious, maybe it's a language barrier thing but I don't know how to type with those backwards Rs and all the other goofy symbols you guys use.

You said "Now try making a deal with Russia (or China) they just got confirmation that the US simply cannot be trusted,". I don't want to have to tell you what your own words mean, but yes, you did pretend that Russia has the moral high ground in this case. As I showed you, that is not the case.

YOU brought up the Russians, I replied to that because of the irony, ask anyone outside of the US what they think about Trump after his world cup fuck up. Including governing bodies.

Wasn't even gonna post this but you guys keep asking for it

Public opinion and global reactions are overwhelmingly negative and critical regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's intervention in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The backlash intensified after Trump personally called FIFA President Gianni Infantino to successfully lobby for the suspension of U.S. striker Folarin Balogun's red-card ban right before a knockout match against Belgium.

Quote
Governing bodies and experts view the intervention as a dangerous, unprecedented violation of sports neutrality.

Quote
European soccer's governing body, UEFA, stated that the decision "crossed a line" and called FIFA's choice to suspend the ban "incomprehensible and unjustifiable".

Still think you got a point lads?

I know that I brought up Russians... Seriously, is this a translation problem from English to Russian?

Here's the first 5 words of my post that you just quoted.

I brought up Russians because

The rest of your post is besides the point. Yes, Donald Trump cheating in a world cup the USA was never going to win sucks.

My point has always been that Argentina cheating and FIFA cheating on their behalf is far worse because they have a chance of winning--and their methods of cheating is far worse. Yes, that point is still valid.

Also Russia is a corrupt shit hole that has no reasonable ground to judge America from, I also made that point.

To break it down for you real quick - it's called deflecting. And I'm not even Russian, double fail.

Trump's world cup fuck up not only sucks it clearly shows he has a fundamental issue, he cannot accept it when things aren't moving in his favor, not even in a world cup soccer match where capable referees make the critical decisions.

He could've cranked up his bad reputation a bit showing sportsmanship but his knee jerk reaction is the exact opposite, and the whole world has taken note.

E: @bold

So you introduce something new again like I pointed out earlier, got you again lol

You should read up about corruption in Ukraine before blaming Russia

Bless.

The reality is that Donald Trump, the "Leader of the Free World" has brought the World Cup into disrepute. Yes, he is not the first person to do this, and various people, and Nations, brought the World Cup into disrepute in the past. To attack someone for saying such a statement and deflect by saying "But Russia..." is the point at which you lose the argument.

Moving on...

That wasn't new, Russia being a shithole with no moral high ground on any issue whatsoever was the crux of the point from the start.

Ukraine is also a corrupt shithole but I'm confused why you're bringing them up immediately after accusing me of deflecting and constantly bringing up new unrelated things.

Bless.

This conversation was about Maradona being a cheater and immediately deflected that onto Donald Trump.

So, I guess according to your logic I have won the argument. Thanks fer the vote of confidence bud

Dear Chat GPT, reduce User A and User B's personality / argument to 100 words each:

User A:

Grounded, focused, and patient. Sticks to one core point—Trump's interference damaged US credibility on a global stage. Doesn't take bait on tangents. Calls out deflection when he sees it ("you bring up something new every reply"). Only gets snarky after being insulted repeatedly. Doesn't claim moral high ground for anyone. Doesn't care about Russia either way. Just wants the other guy to acknowledge the actual incident. Clear, concise, doesn't overplay his hand. Would rather end the conversation than win it by exhaustion.

User B:

Exhausting, defensive, and scatterbrained. Starts with a decent point (Argentina cheats worse) but buries it under relentless whataboutism. Drags in Russia, Ukraine, Peru, PEDs, Rohypnol, torture—anything to avoid conceding an inch. Assumes anyone who disagrees must be Russian, then uses that as a cudgel. Repeats "I still have a point" like a mantra. Can't distinguish between "being right about a detail" and "winning an argument." Treats debate like a trivia dump. Never asks a single clarifying question. Just declares victory and moves the goalposts.

your welcome.

You're*

Seriously, you messed up the only two words you wrote yourself?

Also, it's good to know that your level of logic is exactly on par with a robot with literally no ability to think or reason.

According to you, yes absolutely -->

So you are from Argentina

No ^^

The original vid I posted showed soccer in 1989 exactly like I claimed. It wasn't about Maradona specifically. Flick back a few pages and see for yourself.

You called Maradona a cheater while Donald Trump just interfered in the FIFA world cup, lol.

Then you're all over the place with stuff that has nothing to do with the topic even and think it wins you the argument

This is more entertaining than the actual 2026 world cup
