Between TrumpRx and Trump Homes I can't help but feel like someone in the Trump administration is either reading my PARD posts or just using jewish space lasers to read my thoughts because they keep doing the exact programs I say they should
except, on a pretty token scale that won't actually solve the problem
https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-homebuilders-working-plan-develop-many-1-million-trump-homes-bloomberg-news-2026-02-03/Trump should be pushing a plan not just to build 'homes', but to rapidly expand the internal frontiers of America and build massive new infrastructure inside of rural areas to make new cities. That's the solution to our housing crisis and putting people to work en masse at the same time, and can transition straight from the AI bubble if the infrastructure has been built in stupid places like they're doing right now. Instead we'll just get uh, a slight uptick in home construction in regular areas because of the market incentive. Which won't control prices at all. And Trump will slap his name on it and homebuilders will gladly let him so they get his favor without having to do a damn thing out of the ordinary.
But yeah I'm the guy who says they should nationalize healthcare and go back to public works like roosevelt's wpa. Build more dams, build more energy production, build more everything, replace the aging shit we've got, and build new cities.
Instead you'll be able to buy about 5 drugs directly from the government, get discounts on ozempic and your home prices might go down 5%
