Why are you so confident? I literally got you on the first try with an extremely famous person. Seems like you don't actually know anything.

I never said I am 100% correct. But most of the times, I am right, same for most people.

The truth is simply that a lot of times, when a dude says he is a woman, he's not, and it's really easy to see that it's a case of gender confusion. Androgynous looks do happen, but is quite different.

Also, regarding the pic, it actually takes more than just looking at someone's face. You also have to take into account whether they have breasts, their voice, their walk, their gait, the way they talk, their body language, movements of their hands, ...etc. So when we say that it's a dude, not a woman, we are not being blindly confident. We actually have a pretty solid basis and most of times, we'd be right.

Why are you so obsessed with proving that it's hard to tell someone's correct gender? I already conceded that it's not always possible. But like I said, most of times, people can tell fairly accurately.

So you need a ton of information you can only get from a lot of observation, but you would be confident in rejecting their pronouns right after meeting them if they corrected you.

You are contradicting yourself.

Your record is now 0/2, because if you were confident in this one you would have just said it.

It's like I already said, I would probably go along with their chosen pronoun in real life, just to make things easy for myself.

But the thing I am mostly concerned with is the Left making misgendering and transsexuals even a thing that we have to contend with. The fact we are even having this conversation right now is telling me how sick our society is.

It doesn't matter whether I guessed their gender or not. The fact remains that in most cases, people can tell gender fairly accurately.

they are labelling themselves. i never said theyre feelings werent important. thats actually exactly why i chose to be polite.
not all animals are the same.

do feelings hold up in court of law? can i tell the judge i felt like murdering someone was the right thing to do and because of how i felt suffer no punishment solely because of how i felt? rhetorical. but that is loosely my issue with feelings.

just because someone feels like a woman doesnt make it so...

Well to me the issues is less about the feelings and more the lack of acknowledging of someone’s identity.

And there are laws to protect one’s identity

Plus you can't tell from just a face, there's not enough information here, by observing the body it's plainly obvious. With just a face, makeup and photoshop can make anyone look like anything

"In most cases I am right, ignore that I require extensive observation to do so and can't do it on command"

Here's another question. Why is it wrong for people to live life the way they want? Why can't they be transgender if they want to be? Isn't that the entire point of freedom?

Look, my point isn't whether it's easy to guess someone's gender. My point is that we even have to guess someone's gender at all. Just 20 years ago, this wasn't a thing.

Indeed they can. But I should also have the freedom to call someone by the gender I think they are. Or to you guys, I have the freedom to be an asshole.
