You can litterly she that she's probably doing compound movements based on quad development. Her tear drop is clearly prominent. Willing to bet if she flexed upper body she would have a horseshoe tricep.

I'm betting you're some 175lb manlet and girls who workout just intimidate you.

You're bet is wrong, I am not a manlet. You can train all you want to gain "shape", most of fitness people are "in shape". Pair that muscle with too much fat = unhealthy.

Oh based on your judgment of that chick I'm betting you can't put up anything respectable in the gym. Hit me with your best total though.

I'm willing to be that chick would probably demolish whatever you're tossing up. Chick's probably sub 20% body fat and clearly takes care of herself in the gym.

Total of what? Gym bros think going to gym = sports, not functional mass = strength :lol:
I do specific weight lifting for running/sprinting periodically to avoid injury. Well, they're very specific like single legged romanian deadlifts, bulgarian splitsquats, front squats and military press. Wait, that one can be compared to normal people. I can press 60kg overhead. Not amazing compared to olymipans or powerlifters but I hardly see anyone lift more. BTW, I do them to train lateral abs (lockout position for 5 seconds each rep) :lol:

Total of deadlift, squat, bench. You took a chick that clearly lifts so let's hear yours. If they are not at minumum all 2x body weight in lbs besides bench I'd consider that manlet status.

Shes quite clearly 20% or below body fat. You're just intemidated by girls with muscle because you're sitting there pushing 60kg and based on what you said you probably are 175lbs or less.
