I do specific weight lifting for running/sprinting periodically to avoid injury. Well, they're very specific like single legged romanian deadlifts, bulgarian splitsquats, front squats and military press. Wait, that one can be compared to normal people. I can press 60kg overhead. Not amazing compared to olymipans or powerlifters but I hardly see anyone lift more. BTW, I do them to train lateral abs (lockout position for 5 seconds each rep)
