Guess Trump is learning when you act like a child you get treated like a child.

I was listening to NPR and the courts were basically begging for any kind of justification for the specific countries banned and Trump's lawyers couldn't give anything worth while.

on a more worthy of discussion note, Flynn leaving might actually be bad for the administration versus keeping it all internal. Now as he leaves questions of "who was he working with" and "was he doing this rogue" are popping up. he did something serious enough to leave his position, did anyone else? i think a conway slap on the wrist may have produced less questions.

yeah I doubt he goes down alone

but who knows

wait you mean "look these are the countries proposed by Obama" isn't going to fly in court?

it's funny because Conway and others in the administration do such a find job in PR to shift the focus off of their policies and onto Obama, HRC, fear, what ever. but in court it won't fly. there isn't a really strong constitutional argument in a lot of ways but the religious test was a fail. i wonder if trump will ride it out or edit that out, take an L, and push the rest through.

my guess is they'll line up a bunch of scape goats and sacrifice them all, none of the big players will go though.

It became very apparent very quick that Trump has surrounded himself with yes men his entire life. He can't thrive in a critical environment, he just needs people to pander to him and say yes.

Unfortunately a large portion of America will do just that, and I doubt they'll be holding his fee to the fire on anything really.

yes men in the white house makes for a lot of no men in other branches. i expect 2018 we'll see a shit in house and senate and the USSC will take a bit more obstructionist stance on a lot of the sweeping changes Trump might be pushing. I suppose we need to see what Sessions wants to push out, i'm most interested on what Legal Pot looks like under Trump. i think a lot of people invested in that thinking under HRC we'd see full state side legalization and rescheduling. now we have to see how states rights and tough on crime stances mix.

lol Kelly anne in another spiral.

"Trump had full confidence in Flynn, but he knew he became a lightning rod"

"he lied to the vice president, and that's why he left"

[and you guys knew a month ago that he lied to the vp so why the full confidence?]

"they're both true"....."i can't confirm what the whitehouse did or didn't know"

It's going to get to the point that SNL won't even have to do skits anymore. Just turn on the news and it's the same thing.

i love it. SNL hasn't been this worthy of watching in forever. Kate mcKinnon is their golden ticket, ride her out for every role she can muster. I almost spit beer when i saw her as Jeff sessions roll out to the podium....

On a serious note, please realize people, the administration knew about this weeks ago. maybe as much as a month. they just didn't want YOU to know. even worse optics the initial intel on this came from Yates, the woman Trump fired. not that she didn't deserve to get fired, but she clearly wasnt all bad.

There are more than three ways to overturn this again. Four if Gorsuch is confirmed.

of gotcha, so winning is now redefined as potentially winning later after a drawn out legal process that undermines the very purpose of the EO by letting in "bad hombres" for months possibly a year and will almost certainly have the religious exemptions for minority religions removed when it does eventually go into effect.

i think it figured out why you guys are always seeing "wins" and "campaign promises" every day...
