What a shitshow for the GOP. They had 4 years to put together a comprehensive game plan after Romney lost in 2012, and they ended up with 17 candidates and Donald Trump.
It seems like the party can unify to obstruct Obama and block PP funding, but that's about it. 2016 looks like a wasted opportunity for them, though they still will probably do well in Congress and the 2018 midterm, so hope for them to continue their obstructionist ways isn't over yet.
I don't think we will see the GOP overhaul that many Americans are hoping to see if they lose the White House in November. This looks like a party that wants to move on from Donald Trump as quickly as possible, and then resume the same political behavior that took place under the Obama administration that got GOP voters so upset in the first place.
