The Kalam was just an example. It's his most famous argument and he loves it. He keeps using it over and over even though the flaws in it have been pointed out to him on numerous occasions. The fact that he continues to champion it is an example of his blatant dishonesty.

It's not a 'couple of arguments'. Everytime he enters a debate he is dishonest. He puts up strawmen and knocks them down with such ferocity and verbosity that the other person barely has any input unless they're already acquainted with his deviousness. Any rational, observant and intelligent person sees right through this bullshit parade - sees the underhandedness and blatant dishonesty of it all. Sadly that accounts for maybe 10-20% of the population...

Pick an argument he makes you think is convincing and I'll demonstrate. I have complete faith that anything WLC presents as evidence for god or the rationality of belief in the divine I can turn inside out with little effort. Verbosity is not a barrier to me as it seems to be to you.

All of his arguments hinge on essentialist presuppositions that just aren't justifiable anymore. His arguments have been philosophically dead since Kant.

I'm pretty disappointed that it got closed. We see so many posts about god and christianity that don't get closed.

What's wrong with a satan post? The topic was just as unproductive as a usual religion topic in here, and nothing was over the top with insults.

Personally, I think a mod saw the topic title, disliked it, and closed it for personal reasons rather than forum rules reasons. Because there are plenty of silly topics like that one that never get closed.
