He is the Candidate who can't remember what he had for breakfast, though.

Good thing he's got staffers!

can't defend history if he can't remember anything. he's the DNC dream candidate, can't have morals to stick with, can't defend history, etc.

While both sides are levying claims of dementia and health deterioration, Biden is chilling in his basement watching his poll numbers skyrocket and Trump's in the bunker hiding from people in skinny jeans. Lol!

We did this song and dance in 2016. Does Excellence need to pull out the 2016 polling meme's?

Didn't think you were so short cited.

While I prefer Trump to win as of right now, we are up shit's creek with either outcome.

You make a great point. Joe Biden is basically a newborn at this point. He's a Blank slate - Tabula Rasa.

DNC will push and pull that poor man until he falls apart.

How convenient to be the challenger and not the incumbent when a global pandemic hits and triggers the worst recession in a century...

Good point... always possible that the DOJ/FBI and Russians rig the election for Trump again.

Trump finally got challenged as president and he failed spectacularly. It's true, without those challenges, his good fortune in inheriting a good economy and no major crises would probably carry him into a 2nd term.

Polls are a snapshot. Things can turn on a dime a week before the election, which was almost certainly what pushed Trump over the edge in 2016. Right now we're at half time. Trump could rally on some new developments in the second half, but he's either got to get something lucky or find a way to make the change himself.

One thing that I find interesting is all the Trumpets are trying to use things from Biden's past, or his gaffes, to try to bring him down or make fun of him. The memes of Joe Biden saying some racist stuff 20 years ago and whatnot. I really don't understand this beyond the "owning the libs" mentality, because I can't imagine they think this will hurt Biden's chances. Like, do they really think Biden will be hurt by one assault claim when Trump has dozens including perving on teenagers at pageants? Do they really think Biden's racist comments from 40 years ago matters when Trump's employees say they had to hide black employees when he visited, he propagated the birther movement for longer than anybody else, etc. etc.? Even at his worst, Biden is still better than Trump in every respect they're criticizing Biden on.

Anyway, that's just some ramblings.

yes and no. even post email scandal via the Comey release HRC was WAY ahead, like still listed as a 90% chance to win and showing wins in all battle ground state polls.

Trump voters aren't captured by polls, we know this. we might be able to get small glances based on changes in the polls, but the polls have never been accurate to his actual turnout numbers. i tend to think he's playing a bit from behind, but these days i wouldnt be surprised if even a pandemic, race riots, and a recession weren't enough to bring him down. his cult of personality is frankly insane. never thought id see more severe hero worship than Ron Paul or Obama got, and Trump's cult is 10x worse.

You can point out Biden's many flaws without trying to tie it back to Trump. They both have very clear and pronounced flaws. They both suck.

Choosing the lesser of two evils (subjective, OFC) is still choosing an evil.

Also, Biden's "if you vote for Trump you ain't Black" comments are from May of this year.... not 40 years ago. He also clearly does not know what state he is in at any given moment.

Sure, neither is perfect. The bold is just meme informed bs.

His "you ain't black" comments were regrettable but pretty mild compared to what Trump does since Trump does it unapologetically and gets cheered on for it.
