I’m hearing you, but I think it’s really easy to say to do these things as we sit comfortably over here. And we are all educated adults as opposed to children. We go one night without our hatch white noise device and our days turn upside down in the Bazi household.
dont even, if i lose that white noise im gonna be a wreck.

I worry this coming across as semantics, but I think it's a genuine distinction:
I think peace is always an option, no matter how dire a situation.
Now do I think peace is likely in any given situation? That's different. I make this distinction because I am hugely averse to ways of thinking that deny people the reality of their agency and accountability. Peace is always an option, but there are some people who are not interested in peace and who are the barrier to peace.
when 99% of the people do not want peace, peace is not an option. imo. and that's the reality in context. it would take a miracle at this point for peace, or (checks notes), any arab country willing to evac the people of gaza. then its just west bank to solve. maybe once the population is cut in half the islamic nations will do what's right, right?
