He also wants to loosen the rules of engagement, and I'm sure Trump is more accepting of collateral damage than Obama was.

What I would like is irrelevant... I'd prefer we didn't have to send our boys over to the Middle East/Africa to kill people who plot terrorist attacks, but unfortunately we do. I'd prefer to not lose an America in that operation... I'd prefer innocent civilians weren't killed because the men they were with plotted terrorist attacks.
Reality can suck.
