It would mean very little for Putin personally, but it would be an aggressive posturing short of declaring war on Russia.
Putin's money is well hidden beyond the reach of western finance and he doesn't do any business directly with the US, and sanctions won't stop him doing business with the EU and China, so it would have little or no visible impact. Unlike most heads of state with conspicuous wealth, Putin has not invested in megayachts or international properties, apartments or buildings of any kind. He doesn't live like some opulent prince, he has essentially infinite money inside of Russia and chooses to live in a modest apartment and drive a junky GAZ-21 worth less than an F150
It would however be the kind of escalatory measure that you can't easily back down from, a serious step of plunging us back into the cold war. Russia would retaliate with measures aimed at Biden and American officials.

Lol, it's because of Trump that there was no war in Ukraine during his presidency. Ukraine was able to live in relative peace since 2016 *thanks* to the fact that Trump was not willing to use them to provoke conflict with Russia.

Truth is, Trump being president *prevented* the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Only when Biden took office and started putting pressure on Ukraine to attack Donbass and cause trouble with Russia, did a war happen.

All these dead Ukrainians? Their blood is on the hands of not just Biden himself, but every single Biden voter as well. You people voted for the war in Ukraine by voting for Biden.
