Aggressing towards a police officer is enough reason for her to be going downtown.

I'm so shocked you feel that way about the video

Did you watch the video? The part where she starts saying you're pissing me off yelling then advancing towards the cop needlessly when shes already showing signs of aggression. Clenching your firsts, yelling and advancing towards someone is a universal sign of aggression.

wow, she said she's getting pissed off, what a crime , how dare she speak. Then the cop tells her that she's pissing him off, a younger woman walks in front of her to calm her down (you're allowed to get mad, you can argue, this isn't against the law) then he initiates the force, not her. Yell, ball your fists up, move around. She didn't threaten him, charge him or initiate any force.

the cop was a dickhead on a power trip.

let's not forget she called the police because the neighbor choked her son for dropping shit on the ground

I can't believe she would get sassy when the cop goes after her and her family instead of the assaulter after her child was assaulted

The younger girl got in front of her precisely because she seemed to give into her impulses and started behaving in a matter consistent of someone that is about to be violent. Any normal person that has another person yelling, clenching their firsts and moving closer the first instinct is this person is aggressing.

He asked her one question, she goes ham and starts behaving erratic. She could of simply answered calmly, filed a police report, the officer would of decided if further action ( i.e. the guy getting arrested) was needed based on evidence and even if she wasn't happy she could just sue him and argue her case in front a judge. Instead she chooses this route.

When clear cases of police abuse like these happen and they are excused by cop worshippers and the system that employs them it makes the streets more dangerous for other cops.

Acting like any perceived disrespect is a crime worthy of any punishment the abusive cop heavily contributes to the danger for cops on the streets.

You can worship the cops no matter what they do but if they terrorize and harass communities they are just a thug with a badge and people will treat them accordingly

Cry more.

Did the cop get disciplined for the way he handled this? Yes?No? Regardless the people responsible for deciding if he handled this properly made a much wiser decision than your appeals to emotion. Who do you think you are Mr.Keyboardwarrior that you know better than the judicators?

that is how they act and treat the VICTIM when they know they are being filmed

it was much worse pre-smart phone days

They know they are the enforcers for an oppressive system and their abuse to the community will be excused by the system and by the cop worshipers

When a cop is killed and all of you worshipers cry just remember that excusing abuse gets more innocent people killed so if you were truly so pro cop you would be interested in holding the ones caught abusing their power accountable and not find ways to blame the victim because look up to them and down on those they abuse
