If you think its inaccurate and the concepts I listed are not important, prominent parts of marxism then refute the point.

ill come back in 20 years to see if you made an argument yet.

I would, but once again there's no use when you haven't done even the most basic work to educate yourself on the subject. It would, once again, be teaching calculus to somebody who hasn't mastered multiplication. Not all conversations are worth having, especially with somebody incapable of having a healthy discussion with.... quite literally anybody here.

I've given you half a dozen chances, and demonstrated half a dozen times that you always end up with a break from reality you refuse to accept. After a while it's just more fun to watch you fail at having a conversation, and point out the hypocrisy and hackery.

See, you imagining there is a break from reality that I refuse to accept is not the same as there actually being one.
When you perpetually refuse to make arguments and explain what you think I said that is wrong its hard to read your mind and adjust my arguments accordingly to explain why you were mistaken or accept your points.

You having a different opinion that I refuse to also hold is not the same as me being wrong or refusing reality. Both of us can have different opinions or be wrong or lacking additional information to varying degrees on different points.

Instead you respond with shitty personal comments like this and dodge at all costs, so you can arrogantly pretend you are smarter, correct and more informed from your the safety of your argument-free safe-space.

In this case there was a historical statement on a pic I shared.
I ceded some points about it and explained how I thought it was relatively accurate in some central ways.
The response was 'you dont know shit' to accurate statements about marxism, and a series of childish dodges and derisive comments.

I figured the marxist apologists wouldn't be too happy with that. How dare a brief quote be critical of their hero.

No a single sentence summary is not a comprehensive representation of all of marxism, yet the observation is a strong one that reflects the core of it.

We see many people like scaly think capitalism is about harming and socialism is helping when capitalism is about voluntary cooperation for mutual gain with efficient wide benefits to the masses as a result.
The nonsensical labor theory of value and marxist exploitation theory are central to Marxism.

Rather than recognizing productive and useful wealthy persons, they are seen as evil greedy bad guys 'exploiting' the working class.
This is exactly what Hazlitt was getting at. Its anti-capitalistic propaganda and feels, that fundamentally misinterprets whats going on.

Lmao I'm not a Marxist.

To be so dismissive of possibly the single most influential political philosopher (if not philosopher in general) of the last two centuries just shouts ignorance.

That "summary" is laughably stupid.

There will be no talk next week when it recovers, and there's no talk that this event didn't even define the lowest point in the last 30 days.

This.

Socialism cannot be summed up in a sentence but if one were to try then a more accurate attempt may read 'Every member of society deserves equal compassion and consideration from their society and their government regardless of their class, profession or status and should give the same in return.'

Even being 10 times as long as 'hate the man who has more than you' it is still, however, woefully inadequate as a summary.

For me Socialism is compassion for one's fellow man. It is not perfect but all other ideologies for the government of peoples lacks what I believe is an essential quality for a fair and prosperous modern society. Compassion.
