i posted a link to an article, because that's what you do in pard, you post articles or videos because they're more accessible than complex legal briefs plugged full of citations. then 1 post later i posted the court documents, then referenced them for like 10 posts in a row while he claimed over and over i was quoting the TV article. because he didnt even read the court document.

meanwhile he posts 10 commentary laden Bitchute videos daily, not source material.

i posted a quote from the court brief 5 or more posts in a row, u said each time i was posting from the TV link (i didn't quote that article even once), i told u each time it was from the court document, and u took more than 5 posts to finally respond. then when u did u lazily called it legal maneuvering, which was a non sequitur. of course its legal maneuvering, whether or not its effective was the discussion. so far it has not been effective. you'll disagree, until she loses, then blame the courts and not admit you were wrong.

you're a 1 trick pony. and you're the only one reading this who doesnt laugh at your clearly fake claims on my sourcing. its all still there just a few pages back.

1. the move to texas based solely on the fact that Powell lives in texas is silly. as is her argument that a presidential election has no bearing in DC. especially as the states she lists where election fraud potentially took place (Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, etc) does not include Texas. If anything as the most extreme fraud allegation that Powell made is that Dominion bribed the election official in Georgia, the case should be transferred there.

2. Powell's argument that defamation doesn't apply because her claims are (by Dominion's lawsuit) outlandish, AND that they dont apply because her information is unverifiable are both null. Defamation doesnt get eliminated because the statements are outlandish, it very much includes outlandish statements, and the only qualifier is damage to a third party, which Powell doesn't claim Dominion avoided. Additionally she filed court documents in several states claiming her case was strong, and verifiable, via affidavits she claimed where so compelling that the 4th amendment for search and seizure protection for Dominion property machines did not apply, and thus the govt. should seize them to be investigated.
