isnt "enforcing equal outcomes of unequal input" already what they're up to? isnt this what they mean when they talk about "equal opportunity"?

No. You just struggle with basic concepts. I think it is willful.

probably the males in her staff have, on average, the higher positions and thus the higher salaray. just like in any company: the head of HR doesnt go like "you're a girl, ill pay ya less", its that men are, on average, more willing to sacrifice free time and family life for advancing their careeer than women and that they learn professions which pay better. the guy that studies law or information science will, on average, find a better-paying job than his female co-ed who studied liberal arts or social science.

Why do female accountants with the same experience, level of ability, and hours worked, make considerably less then?

sources for this claim? from my experience, if you factor in stuff like extra hours, extra responsibilities and so on, men often times are putting in more than their female counterparts, even if both formally have the same job.

I'll dig them out. And we aren't comparing part time waitresses to full time engineers.

I don't know. Maybe I won't post it again. I'm fatigued by this argument here. I'm tired of posting peer reviewed scientific journals that are dismissed out of hand by people who distrust science and go by their gut or what memes they've seen.

I'm not blaming you for this. So many people here are immune to evidence and I'm kind of over it tbh.

I have to dig through Facebook to find the source I usually post. Bookmarking it this time because it's fucking solid.

I'm not immune to evidence. Feel free to post some. Because I don't believe your claim that they make 'considerably' less.

What is your definition of "considerably"?
