probably the males in her staff have, on average, the higher positions and thus the higher salaray. just like in any company: the head of HR doesnt go like "you're a girl, ill pay ya less", its that men are, on average, more willing to sacrifice free time and family life for advancing their careeer than women and that they learn professions which pay better. the guy that studies law or information science will, on average, find a better-paying job than his female co-ed who studied liberal arts or social science.

doesn't matter. she wants to "pay people equally" she can do so. the 10 years on staff employee can make the same as the 1 year on staff employee. just like (c)linton had the opportunity too but didnt.

well, my argument was exactly this: paying people equally forequal work will in practice result in higher average incomes for males. so the leftist complaints about the pay gap are nothing but an illusion. they have to choose between equal opportunity in the literal sense of the word, or enforcing equal outcomes.
