We'll see.
The Chauvin trial was much more clear cut. He was always going to get at least homocide. I was actually surprised he got a unanimous verdict on every charge after just a few hours.
This one probably favors Rittenhouse.
Agree, I think they were guilty and it didn't really matter what the prosecution said. I think the prosecution did a terrible job though. The closing argument was too long. After about 30minutes, I turned it off because all I heard was stuff like Goerge Floyds mom said he gave great hugs and I didn't hear a single fact. The defense seemed to be much better at their job because they relied and evidence instead of hearsay.
In Kyle's case, it's not so cut and dry. I don't think he's of any of the charges brought against him. The again, I don't know the law inside and out. For example, they charged Kyle with felony reckless endangerment because he shot one of the guys near a reporter. If there was other people around, why doesn't he get charged for endangering everyone? Why do they only care about the reporter? Was he closer than other people around? If the law says he acted in self-defense, does a reckless endangerment law that even apply in self-defense? I know how I think. But the law is different than what I believe and it varies from state to state.
