many if not most of the terrorists in europe are muslim refugees or immigrants that came to europe during the 70s, 80s or 90s; or their offspring.
even if not perpetrated by current refugees, the current terrorist attacks all over europe prove the risks that muslim immigration carries with it if we dont make sure that every single one of them either integrates into our society or is sent home.

we're not talking about terrorism in general, we're talking about islamic terrorism. that the IRA and the ETA and the RAF were committing terror attacks in western europe is true, but we can all be glad that those times were left behind. since those sources of terror were overcome, we've had quite some calm years in europe. I see absolutely no reason why the high casualty-numbers from decades ago should make the reemergence of terror attacks in western europe any better or less worrysome.

besides that, the chart doesnt include 2016, which was another year with a high number of casualties by islamic terrorism (nizza, berlin).
and the chart doesnt include northern america, where 9/11, boston and orlando would tilt the chart towards the more recent past.
