dominion said her "evidence" was ridiculous, her defense is "if it's ridiculous no one could believe it that is reasonable so u cant sue me". but also she tried to use it to overturn an election, even alleging Dominion had bribed state officials and changed millions of votes all across the nation. she took this evidence to court hearings that she's now saying no one could take seriously so she can avoid getting her pant suit sued off.

its almost like a real patriot would ride the ship down if they actually thought election fraud of this level happened, especially because her motion to dismiss the case is essentially saying "dont bring all this up in court where we can flush out if fraud really happened, i just want it to go away".

remember OJ? won in criminal court, but then the details came out in civil court and he was shown to be guilty af. he was financially ruined. Powell has the same opportunity, bring forward all of the "evidence" she collected, enter it into discovery, go over it piece by piece, and if Dominion fails to defend themselves (and in civil court the burden of proof is much lower) she can counter sue. but she knows its all bunk, and cant even fly in civil court. its speculation, random affidavits, and leaps of logic used to build a cash out slush fund she raked money from.

as i literally said all along, on pages 1-50 of this very thread. snipestradamous strikes again.

Dominion is playing the classic corporate playbook. Deny and manufacture narratives.

Im not saying Powell has a lot of good evidence, but this is blatant corporatism at work not some grand justice.
