Most of us are not directly impacted by this "war" but we are still humans and feel empathy for people who have been wronged. Doesnt matter if they are jews or arabs.

Israel has a right to defend itself against Hamas



but in doing that it probably shouldn't

-intentionally target medical staff
-intentionally destroy water resources
-intentionally starve children
-intentionally fire on starving civlians
-intentionally murder western aid workers
-intentionally destroy as much medical infrastructure as they can get away with
-be so bad at propaganda that a child could see through it

Hamas shouldn't attack israel or citizens, shouldn't threaten the people of palestine, shouldn't take hostages.

Don't use civilians as human shields
Embed themselves within civilian population
Torture and rape hostages

To your question, no. Don't assume what I think.
But in the interest of balance, don't only criticize Israel while Hamas instigated the war in the first place.
