You're criminalizing a person's account of their abuse

lack of evidence doesn't make it a lie

You're wanting to punish potential victims because of the assumption that lack of evidence means it didn't happen and that all victims without evidence (very common with sexual abuse) should stay quiet

You're giving a person potential victim status based on absolutely nothing. And then saying I'm wanting to punish them for no reason. I made the reason quite clear. If you don't have proof of a crime being commited, you shouldn't be allowed to accuse someone of that crime.

people that go straight to alleged victim is lying and accused is guilty no matter what are what make these cases harder for the one telling the truth

People that think like you about alleged victims are why for decades and decades they they did not come foward

it's why there isn't evidence it's why there aren't police reports it's why they kept quiet in Hell

what were they wearing? they lied they made it up, they had sex with other people so they wanted it, why would someone with money and power do such a thing?

that is why people didn't report it, that's why they didn't tell people

the abuse is only part of the torture

people that will always say the victim is lying on behalf of due process are no better than those that label the accused guilty solely based on an accusation no matter the credibility

the key question isnt whether Ford's accusations are true or not. the key question is whether accusations without any proof, without any verifiable details, should be enough to kill the career of someone.

Exactly. The top pic states it pretty well. The way this #metoo works now... a man IS guilty until proven innocent. And that's just wrong no matter how you cut it.
