Solves absolutely nothing. It's pandering to get the NFL out of the spotlight of protest. NFL should split that 100M sum and invest it into the communities that the 32 teams reside in. They should be working to raise up and enhance their communities, not this BS.

so it turns out that the NFL is diverting redistributing funding from breast cancer awareness and military service initiatives

so per the NFL: to hell with women with breast cancer and the military, we need players to stop protesting so the money goes to their causes of... some vague other social issues

TALLAHASSEE — A federal judge in Jacksonville on Monday sentenced former Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown to five years in federal prison after she was convicted last May on corruption charges for her role in using a scam charity to bilk donors and use the money for personal expenses, the Florida Times-Union reported.

The 71-year-old disgraced congresswoman’s chief of staff, Ronnie Simmons, got 48 months in prison, while the founder of the charity, One Door for Education President Carla Wiley, received a 21-month sentence for her role.

maybe ~2.5 years with good behavior - just in time to run for the (D) nomination in 2020!
