There should be no need for the Israelis to panic. The Gaza strip is a small area of land - there are only so many Hamas fighters, tunnels, weapons and caches of ammunition to hide. Inflict heavy damage on Hamas in Rafah then whack-a-mole around the strip until the threat is minimal.

Netanyahu and Gallant are running an incompetent campaign. They have failed again and again.

Needlessly killing civilians and not even completing the goals that Netanyahu himself set in the beginning; Basically the same Putin in Ukraine.

Because actual wars are difficult, messy and success is never linear. Idk why people keep expecting clean wars, no such thing.

Targeting a few Hamas members but killing 46 civilians by burning them in their tents, is an operational failure. Technically and optically.

Not really war, more likely a wisely cooked conflict build and maintained by far right Israeli gov, and supported by U.S because it's a proxy, since decades in order to get excuses to steal lands.

Bombing a camp of displaced refugees is war crime lust. Almost at the level of ruscists who bomb civilians constantly.

correct, there have been many understandable blunders, this wasn't one of them. it was a really bad strike, and only got 2 "hamas officials". which imo means just 2 random hamas dudes, its not like actual hamas officials are even in gaza. the imagery it handed over to the gaza sympathizers was invaluable. some of the images were so disgusting i had to go no click on twitter for a few days, truly bad stuff.

IMO, it's a blunder, and obviously not defensible but my point is, you can't have an expectation that things like this won't happen. The nature of wars has always yielded stuff like this. Current nature of this conflict is basically having bad and good fish in a barrel, and Israel is trying to harpoon the couple of bad ones at the bottom. Obviously it will fail and they'll spear some of the other ones in the process.

I seen 1-2 clips which were so horrendous that it's almost impossible to believe. Part of the issues is Hamas has been caught more than a few times inflating/fabricating civilian deaths and I'm like is that a real image or something so bad, specifically designed to illicit as strong a response as possible?
