actually its pretty comical, he refused to comply and admit evidence the other side requested, then skipped a bunch of hearings, then provided the evidence but it was edited, then admitted the evidence was edited, then failed to request evidence from the other side that could have helped their case, then he shifted his money to his father, then got caught. also aparently despite $150+million in revenue in the last 3 years they somehow run at a loss.
To get him to sit for a deposition to determine damages, after he skipped twice, the court had to fine him 25k a day, increasing by 25k a day, until he finally sat for the hearing. Only ended up paying 75k in total and will get it back, but it really shows how desparate he is to avoid actually sitting for any of these proceedings.
