Discrimination is not a religion

An organization refusing to follow the rules and thus not being allowed to participate.... is the perfect example of separation of church and state.

If they were allowed to participate because they are religious even though they break the rules then that would be a violation of the separation.

So it's not surprising that we're silent on this. It's exactly how it should be if you value separation.
