her testifying is going to look bad no matter how it's done in public so they really don't want that

but they also won't look good ramming it through no matter how many opportunities they gave her or accommodations they've tried to provide

damned if they do damned if they don't

politically nobody really knows they could go on without her and it could settle and be forgotten by midterms as some say or this could be a lingering nightmare heading into the vote where republicans already aren't showing much enthusiasm

As someone that cares about the truth more than the politics but also some form of justice within the process I think the Republicans have given her the opportunity to speak and been willing to work with her and I wouldn't hold it against them if they held the vote if they can't reach an agreement this weekend

Like I said before, if I was Kavanaugh, I'd sue her for defamation of character.

It would be 100% counter productive to anything good in his life to do anything other than take it on the chin and move on with his life while a supreme court justice

I've said quite a few times on here, this accusing people of shyt without any proof, needs to stop. In order to stop it, I think there needs to be consequences.
If we start acting on every un-provable accusation that comes down the pike, govt. or civilian, we are gonna have some serious problems.


It's happened in the past and it did cause problems. Like accusing people of being communist with no proof, circa WW II. That's what this #metoo crap feels like.
