Well it'd be fun to engage a serious person about how Trump was a lesser tyrant than Wilson or someone else, but I'm afraid that wont happen here.
Well, presidents like John Quincy Adams had little regard for actual democracy. Presidents like Andrew Jackson or James K. Polk committed genocide against native Americans and waged wars of aggression against other countries. Andrew Johnson's administration was unimaginably corrupt at every level. Woodrow Wilson was a flagrant racist. FDR interned an entire group of Americans based on kin liability and laid the axe on the separation of powers when he strongarmed the Supreme Court into giving up its resistance to his New Deal policies by threatening to pack the court.
Trump was neither the most murderous nor authoritarian nor corrupt nor racist president, nor has he been the most corrosive to American institutions. The only category in which Trump takes the cake is "lack of decorum and deference".
