This is the heart of the bill. Teachers and schools are no longer allowed to have secret conversations about sex and keep important information and decisions from the parent.
Simple Pattern of Grooming includes: Isolating the victim from their friends and family, trust development through building and keeping secrets, desensitization through sexual conversations.
The left is grooming and indoctrinating literal children into their ideology for political and cultural power.
