things children ACTUALLY need protection from (school shooters, poverty, discrimination, hunger, covid, matt gaetz...) are things that republicans go out of their way to NOT protect them from.

Of course you just throw in the towel. Like I've said before, I'm aware I've never changed a bigot's mind and taught them empathy, especially such a proud one. It's a skill they just lack.

fair enough. this bill, by republicans, limiting free speech, does NOTHING to kill or even dissuade paedophiles. NOTHING. all it does is setting a dangerous precedent for culture war bullshit curtailing constitutionally protected rights.
