You're desparate to segregate things to only the Mueller report because we've had conclusive evidence for quite a while now.

The evidence we have for Kilimnik being tied to Russian intelligence comes directly from the Mueller report. Mueller asserts that Kilimnik has ties to Russian intelligence insofar as he was a translator in the Russian army, attended the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense between 1987 and 1992, and lobbied for various projects tied to Russian-allied Ukrainian oligarchs. Again, these are all things which you can learn by reading the actual report.

The "new information" that I'm aware of is a press release by the Treasury Department asserting that Kilimnik passed the largely public polling data on to Russian intelligence. That's certainly a big claim, because neither the Senate intel report nor the Mueller report were able to make that determination. Unfortunately, when asked by NBC for a little more clarity on what new evidence had supposedly come to light, the Treasury department declined to answer. I'm sure the timing between Biden taking office and the release is a coincidence, so we'll continue to do our due diligence and wait for them to provide us with an answer.
