Incorrect again, the reason is to protect public safety. The justification I used was that there are many similar mandates that have existed that do not infringe on constitutional rights.
As for whether or not it's a "true" vaccine depends on which definition you use for vaccine. As of this year the definition was changed so that the Covid "jab" is considered a vaccine

Anyway, changing the definition to make it fit is not right. And in fact, the fact that the definition needs to be changed in order for covid jab to be considered vaccine is proof that it's not a real vaccine. If it were, they would not feel the need to update the definition.
