Maybe you’re right I’ve just never heard of such a thing. I’ve been pulled over so many times and usually I’m stopping within like 10 seconds of the signaling. This guy went on for 1:40, to me that’s excessive and would explain why officers would be on edge because at that point you’re thinking this guy is trying to elope.
