This is the easiest example. It was found by the appeals court that the laws were written with specific intent to deny voting rights based on racial markers. They didn't write "blacks can't vote", but they specifically closed polling locations used by black people, limited voting hours based on demographic make up of the area, and rejected which IDs could be used to vote based on which races are more likely to use them.

I'm generally skeptical of institutional racism as well which is why i like concrete examples of it. Have you tried reading the article on the reparations thread instead of getting outraged by the title and refusing to read further?

But guns make it easier for mentally unstable people to do so.

I'm sure all these attacks on Chinese people especially women and all the racist talk of China flu are not connected.

How many mentally stable people do you know? Half of millennials and the whole of generation Z are trained to be anxious and depressed lol. They all have "my" anxiety and "my" depression, with personal pronouns and everything. People aren't embarrassed of borderline personality disorder anymore, they're proud and won't be stigmatized for their non mental illness that is their mental illness.
