their usual position too, that of a coward. can only be brave and bold when someone else is there shielding them. President Trump was their big bright orange Stormshield for four years

oh and if somehow Trump does pull it off lol those senators and their ilk will immediate tuck their tails behind him again

100%. if only jeff flake was here and not hiding in a cave somewhere

stupid poll for people to answer yes considering if there was no covid the people who voted against him would have voted in person and he still would have been crushed. just would have not delayed the process.

A lot of people who voted against him wouldn't have if not for covid is the point.

cant say that for sure. alot of people voted against him because he was a fucking idiotic failing buffoon.

the minority voters really came out against him (yes i know he picked up a few latinos, but his strength came from complicit media and weak dems allowing his lies to be amplified)

i'm not sure i agree with that assessment
democratic voters aren't known for being eager voters
when you are constantly bombarded with messaging and links pushing you to order a mail-in ballot
there is no excuse for not voting
not having time or not wanting to wait in a line or not wanting to drag your ass to a polling station may be a bigger deterrent than you think

Especially if you have to ride a bus to work on a Tuesday.

If you want to live your life then do it.
If you are afraid then do not leave your house. Period.

Not sure what you're trying to say. How about people do the things they need to do in the safest available manner.
And for me, it had nothing to do with "living my life" and it is definitely my right to ask others to make it the safest possible environment when I do so.

It is absolutely my right to ask the government to ensure that people are not reckless with the lives of others. If they say that they would never go to a hospital if they contracted Covid-19 and would peacefully die at home due to their reckless actions, then maybe there is an argument. But our laws have always held that a person does not have the right to put others at risk recklessly.
